Leading Others
It is important to your organization that you attract and retain the best talent possible. People have a choice about where and why they work – even in a tight economy, good peopleare highly valued. The “command and control” leadership style no longer works with today’s generations, and as a result a new coaching leadership style is required. Coaching is defined as a way to “convey a valued person from where he or she is, to where they want to be”. This experiential session will provide a framework for you to examine current best practices around leading, coaching and engaging others, and will provide key insights about how to coach and develop others for success. A stimulating combination of theory, experiential exercises, self-discovery and skills practice will ensure that you take away the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to apply this new learning immediately.

It is the game.” In this session, you will be introduced to best practice culture research thatilluminates a new path and identifies a missing link in leadership development.
