What You Will Learn:

In this course you will learn to manage emotional states, build positivism, control tension and stress, increase energy, use mental imagery, become focused, and stay motivated. You will challenge fundamental assumptions about exercise and the exercise industry; examine personal barriers, attitudes and personal levels of physical activity and exercise; and work towards increased personal activity levels. Finally, you will learn how to design your own healthy eating plan by piecing together information that has been gathered
over the years, with ideas from classmates, and proven strategies.
