Message

Technology is an integral part of everything we do in the School of Business and is a key factor in our success and competitive advantage. I started working for the School of Business Technology Group in 1999. Since that time I have witnessed a remarkable expansion in the use and application of technology. Our teaching and learning activities have transformed, moving from the traditional chalk and blackboard to new smart classrooms, online learning management systems, video conferencing and a variety of innovations that improve the education experience. Our research computing services have also advanced with the development of high performance computing facilities, and increased access to numerous research databases. Underlying all, advances in technology have also improved the productivity of those in support of our core objectives teaching, learning and research.

The School of Business Technology Group is a team of individuals dedicated to the continuous improvement of our technology and service. We are hear to help you and make a positive difference to your work and education at the University of Alberta.
