Technology Commercialization Centre

The Technology Commercialization Centre (TCC), led by Mike Lounsbury (Director), Tony Briggs (Assistant Director) and Qasim Rasi (Assistant Director), aims to support technological entrepreneurship and commercialization planning and assessment, to increase Alberta's entrepreneurial capacity. Through initiatives such as Entrepreneurship@UAlberta and eHUB, TCC facilitates student entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, technology and venture development at the University of Alberta. TCC also supports pedagogical outreach to undergraduates, graduates and post doctoral fellows through courses in entrepreneurship, innovation and entrepreneurship MBA specialization and Alberta Innovates Technology Future (AITF) Post doctoral fellowships.  TCC enhances cross disciplinary partnerships and helps connect skilled professionals and mentors with the students on campus.
