Education

Education is at the core of what we do as Alberta’s business school. We are privileged to have some of business’ brightest minds and most determined talent walking through our halls and sitting in our classrooms. The Canadian Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (CCCSR) is pleased to announce a new and growing set of business courses available that will both challenge the status quo and inspire our students to explore alternative ways to not only address organizational problems, but achieve exponential success.

Undergraduate Students

As a certificate-based program, CSL combines academic coursework with practical community involvement and provides you with the opportunity to be part of some unique not-for-profit initiatives outside of the classroom. Click here for a full list of CSL courses.

“Many business executives are beginning to embrace socially responsible behaviour and "doing the right thing" as a competitive strategy. However, there are others who are cynical of this new found attitude; that the motivation is not about "doing the right thing", but to increase profits. After analyzing various case studies, Roy Suddaby challenges students to ask: does the motivation matter if the end result is better than where we started?”
