Marc de La Bruyère is a Managing Director of Maclab Enterprises, a privately held Alberta based property development and investment firm.

He holds a BA from Williams College in Massachusetts (1982) and an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France (1985).

He has served on the board of directors of Economic Development Edmonton, Alberta Business Family Institute, the Citadel Theatre and the board of governors of the Canadian Unity Council. He currently serves on the board of governors of the University of Alberta, the Conseil Consultatif of the Campus Saint-Jean and the Business Advisory Council, University of Alberta School of Business. He is a member of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives’ Entrepreneur’s Circle and of the Young Presidents Organization.

He was awarded the Alberta Centennial Medal in 2005.

Mr. de La Bruyère is married to Stacy Schiff. They have three children.
