Guiding Principle of My Research

Take on Grand Challenges and Help Solve Chronic Societal Problems such as Poverty, Inequality and Environmental Degradation through My Study of Institutions and Organizations in the context of social and technological entrepreneurship.

I initiated and currently lead a large-scale project on global microfinance organizations.  Other ongoing projects, which I also lead, cover the nanotoxicology research field, the video game industry, and the feature film industry.  Papers out of these projects have received notable recognitions from the Academy of Management and the Academy of International Business and are currently under review/revision at leading sociology and management journals.  More information on these papers to follow.
