MFM in Calgary
The Master of Financial Management begins every August. Courses will normally be delivered in intensive two weekend sessions (all day Friday and all day Saturday) in the University of Alberta Calgary Centre.
The integrative capstone course, Strategic Financial Management, would be held after completion of all other course work. The capstone would be delivered as a one-week intensive course and would include a combination of comprehensive cases as well as a review and analysis of contemporary critical global issues that fall within the purview of the CFO. Successful CFOs or individuals who hold influential positions in international financial management or reporting will be guest speakers during the intensive week. The capstone course will be offered in Banff, AB.

3 letters of reference: these assist the Alberta School in evaluating the candidate's managerial, administrative, and academic skills. Letters of reference should be obtained from at least one current or past supervisor. Referees are asked to complete our standard referee form and to submit the form to the Alberta School of Business office to mfm@ualberta.ca, by mail or via fax (780-492-7825)

* The GMAT requirement may be waived for applicants holding a recognized business degree from a North American university with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, or for those holding a relevant professional designation (CA, CGA, CMA, or CFA).
