Confirmation of Enrolment and Pre-Program Information
Participants will receive a confirmation e-mail approximately two (2) weeks in advance of the program.
If the program you are registered in requires any additional materials, they will be mailed to you at this time.
Fees & Payment
Fees are shown on the program description pages. Fees include workbooks, materials and refreshments. Fees may be tax deductible. A receipt will be issued when payment is received.
Payment can be made by Cheque, money order or credit card (Master Card or Visa) . Please make Cheque payable to the University of Alberta, and remit in Canadian funds. It would be helpful if you could include a copy of your registration form or indicate the name and date of the course on your Cheque.
Cancellations
A non-refundable administration fee of $300 + GST is applied to registrants who do not provide 15 business days written notice of cancellation. “No shows” are subject to a fee of $500 +GST. Registrants who provide notice of cancellation 15 business days prior to the start date of the program will receive a full refund. Eligible replacements are permitted. Please inform Executive Education of your replacement.
Course Substitutions and Cancellations
We reserve the right to substitute a fully qualified speaker who is not listed in the course or faculty descriptions. A course may occasionally be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or extremely poor weather. If a course is cancelled for any reason, the University’s liability is limited to a refund of the program fee.
