What You Will Learn:

In this course, you will learn that the concepts of Aboriginal and treaty rights are based on values and principles that are hundreds of years old. These principles are now entrenched in the Constitution of Canada. You will be guided through the evolution of case law, treaties, and policies that will be relevant to the Alberta Public Service in understanding and addressing current and emerging issues respecting the Aboriginal peoples of Alberta.
