TECHNOLOGY GROUP 5 YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN
The Technology Group is seeking a faculty wide consultation on our strategic 5 year plan. You can download a copy of the 5 year plan from the Planning page.

Experiencing issues? Don't have an Internet Connection? Need some assistance from the Technology Group? Our Helpdesk is now manned from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. One of our technicians will be available to answer your calls during this time frame. The Technology Group has a telephone number that provides an alternative to the web-based helpdesk system. Are you teaching a course this term that contains multiple sections? Would you like to merge all of your course sections into a single course on uLearn? Instructors and department administrators can now use a new tool called uCourseMerge to merge and unmerge courses. Please note – course merge and unmerge requests require 24 hours to complete.
COMPUTING LABS NOW ACCESSIBLE 24X7X365
Campus Security, AICT Labs, Risk Management and the Technology Group have worked together over the course of several years – to establish 24 X 7 access to computing lab facilities. Effective September 7th, 2010 all undergraduate and graduate students will be provided 24 X 7 access to specific sections of the School of Business building and their respective computing labs.
