Feature Figure
For the second quarter of 2010, 61% of Albera firms surveyed expect their business situation to be stable, while another 20% expect the experience growth. The dip in the numbe of firms experiencing growth as a result of the recent economic downturn is clearly evident. However, is Alberta's "boom and bust" economy, the persistently high number of respondents whose business situation was and/or is stable is a welcome sign and bodes well for the province.
