The Corporate Library: International Corporate Governance Research
The Corporate Library is an up-to-date repository for research, study and critical thinking about the nature of the modern global corporation, with a special focus on corporate governance and the relationship between company management, their boards and shareholders. Some information is available only by subscription.

European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI)
The ECGI is a non-profit research network, organized as an international scientific non-profit association under Belgian law. The ECGI, launched in January 2003, has become a focal point for academic research on corporate governance in Europe and encourages the interaction between different disciplines, such as economics, law, finance and management.
Institute of Corporate Directors (Canada)
The goal of the membership-based Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) is to help directors deal effectively with their responsibilities and the ever-changing demands of corporate governance. The ICD acts as a resource to all corporate directors by providing information, education, advocacy and networking.

Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics
The Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics is an independent stand-alone entity established in partnership with Business Roundtable—an association of 160 CEOs of leading corporations. The mission of the Institute is to embed ethics into the everyday business decision-making and practice of organizations through executive education programs, practitioner-focused research and outreach activities.
Ethicscentre.ca (formerly Canadian Centre for Ethics & Corporate Policy)
An independent, registered charitable organization, the Centre is volunteer-driven, dedicated to developing and maintaining ethical corporate cultures in member and other corporations. The Centre hosts luncheon speaker series, seminars, conferences, CEO roundtables and publishes the newsletter, Management Ethics.
Centre for Applied Ethics
The University of British Columbia's Centre for Applied Ethics is an interdisciplinary research centre which studies a diverse range of topics, including health care practices, business and professional procedures, new information technologies and environmental issues. The Centre works closely with UBC's Division of Biomedical Ethics and health care faculties, the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, The Sustainable Development Research Institute, and others. The Centre's Website lists many other ethics-related WWW sites.
Center for Business Ethics at Bentley College in Boston
The Center for Business Ethics, founded at Bentley College just outside of Boston in 1976, is dedicated to promoting ethical business conduct in contemporary society. The Center helps corporations and other organizations strengthen their ethical culture through consulting and educational programming. This site list ethics centres around the world, and provides "Recommended links." The CBE has a Business Ethics Online Library.
Conference Board of Canada
Each year, the CBOC holds conferences in the areas of corporate governance, business ethics, corporate social responsibility and many more. View the site for conference dates and locations.
EthicScan Canada
EthicScan is an ethics consultancy, a corporate social responsibility research house, and a resource centre for consumer and corporate ethics materials. Check the EthicScan website for the many workshops it holds each year. Topics include corporate social responsibility, ethics and social auditing.
European Business Ethics Network
EBEN is a not-for-profit association, supported by some of Europe's leading companies. Its network members include business people, public sector managers, and academics. Its role is to promote values-based and ethical aware management, and to stimulate and facilitate meetings of minds, discussion and debate on common ethical problems an dilemmas.

Canadian Business for Social Responsibility
Founded in 1995, CBSR is a national not-for-profit membership association of businesses working to integrate financial, social and environmental performance into their business practices. The CBSR works with its members to provide practical and tactical approaches to implementing CSR. The Vancouver-based CBSR holds luncheon meetings and special events.
Conference Board of Canada - Canadian Centre for Business in the Community (CCBC)

Corporate Business Centre - Warwick School of Business
The Corporate Citizenship Unit (CCU) was established in October 1996. Since 1999 it has had a consortium of sponsors from the University of Warwick and business. The unit aims to become a global centre of excellence for research and teaching in corporate citizenship.
Business Ethics: Managing Ethics in the Workplace and Social Responsibility
The "library" at this site is a free community resource to be shared and contributed to by users and readers across the world. It identifies resources and links on managing workplace ethics and corporate social responsibility for for-profit and non-profit organizations. The overall goal of the library is to provide leaders and managers (especially those with very limited resources) basic and practical information about business, management and organizations.
International Association for Business and Society
IABS is devoted to research and teaching about the relationships between business, government and society. Founded in 1990, it has worldwide membership from over one hundred universities in more than twenty countries. See the website for information about IABS' annual summer conference.
Social Investment Forum
The SIF is a US-based non-profit membership organization that provides information on socially responsible investing. Along with First Affirmative Financial Network, SIF co-produces the conference, SRI in the Rockies.
