Cooperative Education
Our mission is to provide selected Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta students the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally through career-related employment experiences. By enhancing job search skills and facilitating degree relevant practical experience, our goal is to assist academically qualified students to become marketable, high quality graduates capable of meeting real world demands.
The Cooperative Education Program is a member of CAFCE - The Canadian Association for Co-operative Education. CAFCE regulates post-secondary co-operative education programs in Canada and serves to accredit those programs which meet specific criteria. The purpose of the accreditation process is to ensure the quality of the co-operative education program. As an accredited member of CAFCE, the Business Cooperative Education Program adheres to the guidelines and criteria established by CAFCE.
